Pickleball Lead Pro
听
Education & Background: Brad Vaudt brings more than 22 years of teaching and coaching experience to The Serve, along with more than four decades of experience coaching athletes of all ages. Brad began teaching pickleball in 2003 and has spent the past two decades helping players learn, improve, and fall in love with the game. His experience includes developing instructional programs, teaching beginners, leading advanced clinics, creating leagues and tournaments, training other instructors, and building pickleball programs from the ground up that builds a special community.
听
Specialties: Everything pickleball! From the person picking up a paddle for the first time to the experienced player looking for their next challenge on court.
Interests: Spending time with his wife, 5 daughters, 5 sons-in-law and 11 grandchildren. He also enjoys working in the yard and woodworking in his free time.
听
Teaching Philosophy: Coaching has always been about more than learning how to hit a better shot. It is about building confidence, creating relationships, having fun, and helping players discover how much they can accomplish when they learn to play the game with purpose. He believes the best pickleball programs are built around three things: great instruction, meaningful relationships, and a strong sense of community. The goal is to help people improve, have fun, meet people, and fall in love with the game of pickleball.

Racquet Sports Lead 鈥� Tennis, Pickleball & Platform Tennis
听
Education & Background: Connie competed professionally on the ITF and WTA tours for more than 10 years, achieving career-high WTA rankings of No. 224 in singles and No. 114 in doubles. She won six ITF singles titles and 27 ITF doubles titles and represented Taiwan at the Tokyo Olympic Games, Asian Games and Billie Jean King Cup. She also competed at the US Open.
听
Before beginning her professional career, Connie played NCAA Division I Tennis at the University of Pennsylvania. She was named the 2011 Ivy League Player and Rookie of the Year and reached No. 12 in the NCAA Division I singles rankings.
听
Connie earned her Ph.D. in Sport Science from the University of Taipei. She has coached juniors and adults at Elite Sports Clubs and Town Club and currently serves as the Head Girls Varsity Tennis Coach at Milwaukee School of Languages. She also teaches Sport and Fitness Psychology at Lakeland University. Connie also has competitive pickleball experience from Taiwan.
Specialties: High-performance training, junior development, high school tennis, adult instruction, singles and doubles strategy, footwork, mental skills and performing under pressure.

Interests: Staying active, traveling, cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends.
听
Teaching Philosophy: Connie believes every player can improve when instruction is encouraging, individualized and enjoyable. She helps players build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, and understand the purpose behind each skill. Her goal is to create a positive learning environment where players work hard, enjoy the process and develop a lifelong love for racquet sports.

Education & Background: Holds a degree in Marketing and Professional Tennis Management from Ferris State University. Previously held the Head Tennis Professional role (2019-2022) and the Sales Manager role (2023-2025) at the club. She grew up in the Sheboygan area and played tennis as a teen at Sports Core. She had a very successful high school and college career. Was a former Racquet Sports Director for a country club in Michigan and has extensive experience running tennis, pickleball and platform tennis programs.听
听
Specialties: Getting players of all ages and abilities to love these great lifelong sports. 10 & Under tennis, adult tennis, Junior Development, Pickleball 101, Platform Tennis 101听

Interests: Spending time with her family and friends. Enjoys being outside regardless of the season in Wisconsin. She is always up to trying something new and getting out of her comfort zone.听听听

Teaching Philosophy: Anyone can learn these great racquet sports. You are never too old or too young to try something new. It is important to have a good mix of working hard on court and enjoying your time.听

Education & Background: Attended Saint Mary鈥檚 University in Minnesota and played college tennis. She has an extensive playing background and was ranked #1 in Wisconsin across five different age brackets and won the State Open and Closed tournaments multiple times. Attended Fond du Lac High School and set school records in both singles and doubles.听
Specialties: Youth and junior tennis. All levels of pickleball. Community programming and tournaments.听

Interests: Baking delicious treats for family and friends. Going on fun adventures with her family and friends.听
