Kohler Waters Spa is a digital-free space, and we invite you to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with the essential elements of life. In your locker, you'll find a designated location to tuck away your digital devices, including cell phones, e-readers, including kindles, laptops, technology-enabled eyewear, and tabletsÌýfor the duration of your journey with us.

Spa Appointment Guidelines
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made several weeks in advance of your desired date and time. Resort guests are encouraged to make spa appointments at the time lodging is reserved.

Pricing varies throughout the week, with elevated rates during weekends and holiday periods when demand for spa services is at its highest. Current rates will be reflected at the time of reservation. Prices subject to change without notice.

GUEST-SPECIFIC POLICIES
THE AMERICAN CLUB ® AND INN ON WOODLAKE GUESTS
³§³Ü²Ô»å²¹²â–F°ù¾±»å²¹²â:ÌýSpa access requires a service reservation. A minimum of one 50- or 80-minute service per person per day applies; a two-service minimum may apply on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and other high-demand dates.
Saturdays and holidays and surrounding dates: Guests are required to purchase two 50- or 80-minute spa service per person per day to access the spa.

CARRIAGE HOUSE GUESTS AND RIVERBEND MEMBERS/GUESTS

Spa Etiquette
Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff.ÌýFor this reason, we kindly ask that cell phones and digital devices not be used within the spa.
Please remember that all Kohler Waters Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment. Failure to act in accordance with spa etiquette may result in removal from the property and future services may be refused.

Age Requirement
All guests must be at least 16 years of age.

Cancellations / Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled.

Gratuity
For your convenience, a 22% service gratuity will be added automatically to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary. The service gratuity consists of a 19% gratuity and a 3% service fee.

Groups / Weddings
We welcome groups Monday-Thursday. For a group of five or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Kohler Waters Spa Group Coordinator at 920-453-2845. Some date restrictions apply.

Return Policy
Spa products may be exchanged or credit will be given in the form of a gift card within 30 days of purchase.
